How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for larger relocations or projects with fixed deadlines. Short-notice requests may also be accommodated depending on availability.
Do you provide site assessments?
For projects where access, dimensions, manpower or equipment requirements need to be assessed, we may arrange a site assessment before providing a final quotation.
Do you need to conduct a site visit before quoting?
Not always. For straightforward jobs, we may be able to quote based on the information and photos provided. More complex projects may require a site assessment before we can confirm the scope and pricing.
Do you handle jobs outside normal working hours?
Certain projects may require work outside standard operating hours due to building restrictions, loading access or operational requirements. Let us know your requirements and we'll assess the arrangements needed.
Can you coordinate with my other contractors?
Yes. Where necessary, we can coordinate our work around renovation contractors, carpenters, event teams, building management or other parties involved in your project.
Can you handle urgent or last-minute requests?
